Law No 2019/024 of 24 december 2019 bill to institute the general code of regional and local authorities › Book 0 › Title 3 › Chapter 1

SECTION 293

(1) The sitting secretary shall prepare minutes co-signed by the President of the Regional Council. (2) The minutes provided for in Sub-section 1 above shall present the deliberations of the Regional Council. They shall be forwarded to Regional Councillors 15 (fifteen) days prior to the next session and then submitted for adoption at the opening of the said session.
