(1) The President shall inform the Regional Council through a special report presented in January following the end of the financial year, on the situation of the region, the devolved powers, activities and functioning of various services and bodies of the region as well as appropriations.
(2) The report referred to in Sub-section 1 above shall specify the implementation status of Regional Council deliberations and the financial situation of the region. It shall be discussed, forwarded to the representative of the State and the Senate for information, and published.
