(1) At the end of each session, the sitting secretary shall submit to the Regional Council, for approval, a written statement of the resolutions made during that session.
(2) The statement referred to in Sub-section 1 above shall be signed by all the members present and voting. It shall serve as a basis for preparing draft decisions.
