SECTION 210

(1) A standard table of council jobs taking into account the respective importance of the various councils shall be rendered enforceable by order of the minister in charge of local authorities. (2) The methods and rates of remuneration of council staff and the allowances to which they may be entitled shall be determined by regulation.
