(1) The council board may be suspended by reasoned order of the minister in charge of local authorities in the event of:
(a) commission of acts in violation of the Constitution;
(b) breach of State security or public order;
(c) jeopardizing of the integrity of the national territorial;
(d) prolonged impossibility to function normally.
(2) The suspension provided for in sub-section 1 above may not exceed 2 (two) months.
