(1) The council board may delegate the exercise of part of its powers to
the mayor, with the exception of those referred to in Section 168 above.
(2) The relevant decision shall be deliberated upon to determine the scope of
delegation.
(3) Upon expiry of the delegation, the council board shall be informed
accordingly.
