SECTION 490

The terms and the amount of the remuneration of the general manager shall be determined by the board of directors which appoints him. Benefits in kind granted him, where necessary, shall be fixed in the like manner as his remuneration. Paragraph 3 Impediment and dismissal of the General Manager
