Where a corporate person terminates the appointment of its permanent representative, it shall
be bound to immediately notify the company, by hand-delivered letter with acknowledgement
of receipt or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt delivery, of such termination
as well as of the identity of its new permanent representative.
The same shall apply in the event of death or resignation of the permanent representative or for
any reason that may prevent him from performing his duties.
