The board of directors shall appoint, from among its members or outside, a General Manager
who shall be a natural person.
The board of directors may, on the proposal of the General Manager, appoint one or more natural
persons to assist the General Manager in the capacity of assistant general manager, under the
conditions laid down in Articles 471 to 476 of this Uniform Act.
