SECTION 482

The board of directors shall determine the terms and amount of remuneration of its chairperson, under the conditions laid down in Article 430 of this Uniform Act. Benefits in kind granted him, where necessary, shall be fixed in like manner as his remuneration. Paragraph 3 Impediment and dismissal of the chairperson of the board of directors
