The chairperson of the board of directors shall preside over the meetings of the board of directors
and the general meetings of shareholders.
He shall ensure that the board of directors assures control of the management of the company
entrusted to the general manager. The chairperson of the board of directors shall, at any period
of the year, carry out the verifications that he deems necessary and may request all the documents
that he considers relevant for the accomplishment of his mission to be submitted to him.
