Where the Chairperson Managing Director is temporarily prevented from attending to his duties,
the board of directors may delegate the duties of Chairperson Managing Director to another
director.
In the case of death, resignation or dismissal of the Chairperson Managing Director, the board
shall appoint a new Chairperson Managing Director or delegate the duties of Chairperson
managing Director to a director.
