The terms and amount of remuneration of the Chairperson Managing Director shall be
determined by the board of directors under the conditions laid down in Article 430 of this
Uniform Act.
Non-cash benefits granted him, where necessary, shall be fixed in the same manner as his
remuneration.
The chairperson Managing Director shall receive no other remuneration from the company.
