Authorization shall not be necessary where the agreements concern ordinary transactions
concluded under normal conditions.
Ordinary transactions shall be transactions habitually carried out by a company as part of its
activities.
Normal conditions shall be conditions that are applied, for similar agreements, not only by the
company in question, but also by the other companies in the same sector of activity.
