The conventional or judicial pledge shall be binding on third parties to the extent and following
the conditions provided for in articles 51 to 66 above only if it is registered in the Trade and
Personal Property Rights Register.
Provisional and final registration shall be done respectively after the decision authorizing the
pledge and after the decision validating it has become final.
