Under pain of nullity, the pledge of a debt shall be in a writtendocument containing the
designation of the secured debts and the pledged debts or where they shall be future debts,
elements permitting their identification such the name of the debtor, the place of payment, the
amount of the debt or its valuation and the latest date of payment.
