SECTION 156

A pledge of intellectual property rights shall mean an agreement whereby the settlor allocates as security for a debt all or any part of his existing or future intellectual property rights such as letters patent, trade mark and trade name, design and registered pattern. The said pledge may be conventional or judicial.
