On the date the contract is signed, the pledge of an existing or future debt shall take effect
between the parties irrespective of the date of signature, date of maturity or payability of the
secured debt and may be binding on third parties upon registration in the Trade and Personal
Property Rights Registry irrespective of the law applicable to the debt or the law of the country
of residence of the debtor.
