A court of competent jurisdiction may authorize the creditor to register the pledge on intellectual
property rights. The judicial pledge shall be governed by the provisions relating to sequestration
of company stocks regulated by the provisions of the Uniform Act organizing Simplified
Recovery Procedures and Measures of Execution.
The decision of the court shall comprise the information stated in the preceding article.
