Where, following the contract, the pledgor is not in possession of the collateral, the pledgee-
creditor may, subject to the application of article 107 (2) of this Uniform Act invoke his
possessory lien on the collateral directly or through the instrumentality of the third party agreed
upon until full payment of the principal, interest and other accessories of the secured debt.
