Where the collateral results from a court order or an agreement, and the value of the asset
exceeds the amount due, the pledgee-creditor shall deposit the balance if there are other creditors
who have a lien on the same asset, or failing which, he shall pay it to the settlor. Any clause to
the contrary shall be disregarded.
