Where the meeting approves a reduction of capital not arising from losses, creditors with claims
dating before the time the minutes of the deliberations were deposited at the Trade and Personal
Property Rights Register may object to the reduction of capital within a period of one month
with effect from the date of deposit.
The objection shall be notified to the company by an extra-judicial act. The president of the
court may dismiss the objection or order the claims to be reimbursed, or the guarantees to be
provided, where the company offers any and they are deemed adequate.
The capital reduction operations may not begin during the period of time allowed for objection.
