Where consultations is in writing, the text of the proposed draft resolutions as well as the
documents necessary for the information of the members shall be forwarded to each of them
under the same conditions as those provided for in Article 338, paragraph 1 of this Uniform Act.
The members shall have a minimum period of fifteen days from the date of reception of the
draft resolutions to express their opinion.
