Where there is an auditor, the manager shall notify him of the agreements referred to in the
preceding article within a period of one month from the date of conclusion of the said
agreements.
Where the implementation of agreements concluded during previous fiscal years has been carried
over to the last fiscal year, the auditor shall be informed of the situation within a period of one
month following the close of the fiscal year.
