SECTION 334

Each member shall have the right to participate in decision-making and shall have a number of votes equal to the number of company shares that he holds. Where there is a sole proprietor, he alone shall take decisions falling within the competence of the general meeting. A member may be represented by a spouse, unless the company is a partnership comprising the two spouses. Except where there are only two members, one member may be represented by the other member. He may be represented by another person only where this is allowed by the Articles of Association.
