Extraordinary collective decisions shall have as subject matter the amendment of the Articles
of Association.
Where the company is a sole proprietorship, the provisions of Articles 558 to 561 of this Uniform
Act shall apply, save those of the second paragraphs of Articles 558 and 559. The provisions of
this chapter which are not contrary hereto shall also apply.
