SECTION 338

Members shall be convened at least fifteen days before the general meeting by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered letter with a request for acknowledgement of receipt. Under penalty of nullity, the letter of invitation shall indicate the agenda. In the case where the holding of the general meeting is requested by the members, the manager shall convene the meeting with an agenda proposed by the requesting members. The members who shall be convened under the conditions and within the time limits provided for in the first paragraph of this article shall be put in a situation where they can exercise the right of communication provided for in Article 345 of this Uniform Act.
