The court of competent jurisdiction may authorize the creditor to register the pledge on the
business property of his debtor. The judicial pledge shall be governed by the provisions relating
to sequestration of company stocks regulated by the Uniform Act organizing Simplified
Recovery Procedures and Measures of Execution.
The court decision shall contain all the information stated in the preceding article.
