The competent court may authorize the creditor to register the pledge on the partnership rights
and transferable securities. The judicial pledge shall be governed by the provisions relating to
the sequestration of company stocks and shares regulated by the Uniform Act on the organization
of Simplified Recovery Procedures and Measures of Execution.
The court decision shall contain the information provided for in article 141 of this uniform Act.
