Without prejudice to the provisions of this subparagraph, professional equipment and motor
vehicles whether registered or in circulation may be pledged in application of articles 92 to 117
of this Uniform Act.
Any professional equipment which is part of the business property may also be pledged at the
same time as the other elements of the business property in conformity with the provisions of
articles 162 to 165 of this Uniform Act.
