Le ministre chargé des finances peut, d'initiative ou à la diligence d'un ministre chargé de la tutelle technique, suspendre à titre conservatoire l'exécution de toute décision du Comité prise en violation des lois et règlements en vigueur ou qui outrepasse ses attributions et prérogatives. Cette suspension doit être motivée et rendue publique par voie de presse dans un délai maximum de sept (7) jours suivant sa prise d'effet.
