SECTION 11

(1) La durée du mandat des membres du Comité est de trois (3) ans renouvelable une (1) fois. (2) Le mandat des membres du Comité prend fin soit à l'expiration normale de sa durée, soit par décès ou par démission. Il prend également fin à la suite de la perte de qualité ayant motivé la nomination ou par révocation à la suite d'une faute grave ou des agissements incompatibles avec la fonction de membre du Comité. and Coffee Board or his representative. b) representatives of socio-professional organizations in the sector: - the President of the association of professionals in the sector or his representative; - 1 (one) representative of cocoa producers elected by his peers; - 1 (one) representative of coffee producers elected by his peers; - 1 (one) representative of coffee factory owners-buyers elected by his peers; - 1 (one) representative of local processing industries; - 1 (one) representative of cocoa and coffee exporters elected by his peers. (2) The Chairperson of the Management Committee may invite any person or corporate body, on account of their expertise or competence, to take part in Committee meetings in an advisory capacity. (3) The Fund Manager shall perform secretarial duties for Committee meetings. 8. Committee members shall be designated specifically by name and their official capacity by the ministries and bodies they represent. 9. The composition of the Committee shall be fixed by order of the Minister in charge of marketing cocoa and coffee. 10. The Committee Chairperson shall be elected by his peers at the first Committee meeting. 11. (1) Committee members shall be appointed for a three-year term, renewable once. (2) The tenure of committee members shall end upon the normal expiry of their term of office, death or resignation. It shall also expire when a member loses the status that warranted his appointment or is dismissed for gross misconduct or actions incompatible with the duties of Committee member. 15 March 2006 OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON 117 (3) Dans l'un des cas où un membre du Comité n'est plus en mesure d'exercer son mandat, l'administration ou l'organisme concerné désigne un autre représentant dans les conditions décrites à l'article 7 du présent décret pour la durée restant à courir. (4) Toutes les autres dispositions relatives à l'exercice, à la perte de qualité et au remplacement du président et des membres du Comité prévues par la législation sur les établissements publics administratifs sont applicables, mutatis mutandis, au Fonds.
