SECTION 16

(1) Le président du Comité de Manager following its approval; - approve reports of external and internal management audits; - fix conditions of remuneration and benefits for all Fund personnel; - approve proposals for recruitment and dismissal of managerial staff of the Fund; - recruit the firm that will provide assistance in accounting and financial management; - define conditions for allocating budgetary resources for emergency appropriations; - punish or propose the dismissal of the Fund Manager in case of gross misconduct or behaviour likely to hamper the smooth functioning of the Fund. 14. (1) The Committee shall meet in ordinary session once every quarter when convened by its Chairperson and in extraordinary session as often as necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the Fund. (2) Any Committee member who is unable to attend may be represented in Committee meetings by another member. However, no member may represent more than one Committee member at the same meeting. (3) The Committee shall validly deliberate only if at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of its members are present or represented. (4) Decisions of the Committee shall be taken by a 2/3 (two-thirds) majority of members present or represented, and, in any case, not less than a simple majority of Committee members. 15. Resolutions and minutes of the Committee shall be forwarded, for purposes of information, to the ministers and bodies represented therein within 7 (seven) days of the meeting. 16.
