(1) The Regional Executive Council shall be the executive organ of the
region.
(2) It shall comprise:
- 1 (one) President;
- 1 (one) Vice-President;
- 1 (one) Commissioner for Economic Development;
- 1 (one) Commissioner for Health and Social Development;
- 1 (one) Commissioner for Educational, Sports and Cultural Development;
- 2 (two) Secretaries;
- 1 (one) Questor.
