(1) Regional Executive Council members shall be elected during the
as of right session from among the regional councillors of the region and for the
duration of the term of the Council.
(2) The President and Vice-President of the North-West Regional Executive
Council shall be native personalities elected from among members of the Regional
Assembly for the duration of their term of office.
(3) The President and Vice-President of the South-West Regional Executive
Council shall be native personalities elected from among members of the Regional
Assembly for the duration of their term of office.
