The right to informationshall be exercised with respect to documents which contain information
on the administrative and financial management of the simplified cooperative and on proposed
resolutions.
Such documents are put at the disposal of members at the registered office of the simplified
cooperative.
Any clause contrary to the provisions of this Article shall be deemed unenforceable.
