In ordinary general meetings, decisions shall be adopted by a majority of the votes cast by
members representing more than half of the number of members of the simplified cooperative.
Where such quorum is not obtained, and unless otherwise provided in the Articles of
Association, the members shall, depending on the case, call the meeting a second time and
decisions shall be taken by a majority of the members present or represented.
However and in all cases, the removal of the chairman and the members of the management
committee can only be decided by the majority of two-thirds of the members present or
represented at the meeting.
