SECTION 204

The company shall be under liquidation as soon as it is dissolved for any reason whatsoever. The words “company under liquidation “ as well as the name(s) of the liquidator(s) shall be included in all the acts and documents issued by the company to third parties, in particular on all letters, invoices, notices and various publications.
