The final accounts drawn up by the liquidator shall be filed as an annex in the Trade and Personal
Property Rights Register at the registry of the Court in charge of commercial matters.
The decision taken in the meeting of members on the liquidation accounts, the discharge of the
liquidator in respect of the performance of his duties and on the terms of reference, or failing
this, the decision referred to in the preceding article shall be filed as an annexure in the Trade
and Personal Property Rights Register.
