Liquidation shall be completed within a period of three years from the date of dissolution of the
company.
Failing this, the Legal Department or any interested party may bring an action before the
competent court within whose jurisdiction the registered office of the company is located for
the liquidation of the company or, where the liquidation has started, for it to be completed.
