The members shall be convened when the liquidation is complete to take a decision on the final
accounts, the discharge of the liquidator in respect of the performance of his duties and of the
terms of reference and to record the end of the liquidation.
Failing this, any member may petition the president of the competent court, who shall by
summary ruling designate a representative to convene the members.
