SECTION 218

Where the meeting to complete liquidation provided for in the preceding article fails to take a decision or where it refuses to approve the liquidator’s accounts, the competent court shall, at the request of the liquidator or any interested party, rule on the ending of the liquidation in place of the meeting of members. In such a case, the liquidator shall file his accounts at the registry of the court in charge of commercial matters where any interested party may examine them and obtain a copy thereof at his expense.
