The provisions of this chapter shall apply where liquidation of the company is effected out of
court in accordance with the Articles of Association.
They shall equally apply where liquidation is ordered by a court decision.
However, they shall not apply where liquidation is effected within the framework of the
provisions of the Uniform Act relating to the collective proceedings for the discharge of
liabilities.
