SECTION 72

(1) Individual consultants shall, by their very nature, be exempt from providing documents such as the trade register or a certificate of solvency. (2) However, for national consultations, they shall provide an attestation certifying that they are not subject to an exclusion order or any forfeiture as concerns public contracts. (3) A consultation assignment may not be entrusted to an Individual Consultant who may be in a situation of conflict of interest.
