SECTION 37

(1) An invitation to tender shall be referred to as open where the tender notice invites all interested candidates to submit their bids by a given date. (2) The tender file shall, after publication of the notice, be made available to each participant who so requests, against payment of the relevant fees in accordance with the scale in force.
