SECTION 66

(1) Services that may be subject to a request for quotes shall concern: - supplies, consumables, and other materials; - furniture; - tools and light equipment; - computer equipment; - light rolling stock or floating equipment. (2) The Board of Directors shall specify other services which are eligible for the request for quotes.
