SECTION 40

(1) The tender notice should be widely publicised through publication in the Public Contracts Journal published by the body in charge of the regulation of public contracts. (2) Other means of publicity, such as radio announcements, newspapers available in newsstands, and specialised newspapers, notice boards, and electronic means may only be used additionally.
