(1) For the contracts referred to in Article 62 (a) and (d) above, the
Contracting Authority shall consult a company and directly award the contract upon
receiving authorisation from the Board of Directors.
(2) In this case, the draft contract accompanied by the authorisation to award by
mutual agreement, the consultation file, and the bid of the successful tenderer shall
be submitted to the Internal Tenders Board for its opinion.
(3) For the contracts referred to in Article 62(b) and (c), the Contracting Authority
shall consult and select at least 3 (three) companies with similar references in the
field concerned. The consultation file, bids by the tenderers, as well as the
authorisation to award by mutual agreement, shall be submitted to the Internal
Tenders Board for examination.
(4) In any case, the Board shall have 5 (five) days to give its opinion.
(5) The Contracting Authority shall have 15 (fifteen) calendar days, as from the
moment of obtaining the prior authorisation of the Board of Directors, to sign and
notify the contract in the cases provided for in Article 62(a) a,d (d), and 30 (thirty)
days for the other cases.
