SECTION 41

(1) The time-limit given to tenderers to submit tenders may not be less than 15 (fifteen) days. This time-limit, which shall run from the date of publication of the tender notice, shall be between 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) days for international invitations to tender. (2) Where circumstances so require, the Contracting Authority may ask the Board of Directors to reduce the time-limits referred to in (1) above. I.1.3. Details of Tender
