SECTION 216

The Examining Magistrate shall serve the parties with copies of the report. He shall fix the time-limit within which they may make their observations on it and, if necessary, make an application for an additional expert report or a counter expert report. Where the application is rejected, the Examining Magistrate shall give a reasoned decision therefore.
